Documents we notarize
We perform Missouri notarial acts on documents you already have. We do not draft them, complete them, or tell you which form to use.
Common requests
- General acknowledgments and jurats
- Power of attorney (you provide the finished document)
- Last will and estate-planning papers (you provide the finished document)
- Hospital, nursing home, and care-facility visits
- Signature witnessing
- Certified copies, when Missouri law allows a notary to certify that copy
We cannot notarize every paper. Some documents need a specific act, a witness who is not the notary, or a signer who is present and willing. If we cannot do the act, we say so before travel.
Fees
Acknowledgment, jurat, and signature witnessing: $5 per signature. Certified copy: $1 per page, $3 minimum. Additional Signature stays $5. See the Missouri fee schedule.
Product prices from $75 to $300 are trip deposits, agreed before travel. They are not the state notary fee.
