FAQ

FAQ

What do you charge for the notary stamp?

Missouri’s maximum notary fees are $5 per signature for an acknowledgment, a jurat, or signature witnessing, and $1 per page for a certified copy with a $3 minimum. The full schedule is on the Missouri fee schedule.

Why do some products say $75 to $300?

Those amounts are trip deposits. They cover the mobile visit and are agreed before we travel. They are not the state notary fee and are not required by Missouri law.

What is Additional Signature?

Additional Signature is $5. That matches the statutory maximum for one more acknowledgment, jurat, or signature witnessing.

Where do you travel?

St. Louis, Missouri, and nearby. Tell us the city when you call or text 314-649-3510.

When can you come?

Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Central.
Saturday–Sunday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Central.
Give us a time window. We confirm before we leave.

Do you give legal or immigration advice?

No. We are not attorneys. We do not explain what your document means, which form to use, or how to complete it. We do not use “notario publico” or any equivalent non-English title.

Do you draft documents?

No. Bring the document ready, or complete it yourself before we arrive. We witness or acknowledge signatures as Missouri law allows. We do not choose the wording for you.
