Terms of service
Swift Mobile Notary provides Missouri notarial acts and related travel. We are not attorneys. We do not prepare legal documents, do not give legal advice, and do not give immigration advice. We do not use the term notario publico.
The signer must be present, must have acceptable identification, and must understand the document. A notary may refuse an act that is not allowed. We are commissioned Missouri notaries.
A booking or a form holds a request. A time is confirmed when we text or call you at the number you give. The state notary fee and the trip fee are separate, as shown on the fee schedule. Submitting a phone number is permission for us to text or call you about that request. Do not send a Social Security number or a full ID number through the website.
