Refund and cancel

You may cancel before a notary is on the way and get the trip deposit back. Once a notary has started travel for the time you agreed to, the trip deposit is kept. The $5 state notary fee is charged only if a notarial act is performed.

If we cannot complete the notarization because of identification, a missing signer, or a document we cannot notarize, we will say so before we stamp. The trip deposit is not a charge for legal advice. Text or call 314-649-3510 to cancel.
